What is the dish?
A tingly noodle dish made with ground pork, sichuan peppercorn, and chili oil served with long noodles. Don’t forget to give the dish a good stir before eating to coat the noodles in that spicy sauce. Dan dan noodles originated as street food in the Sichuan province of China, and has lately has been gaining popularity in Western Chinese cooking.
