I love to highlight all the different products ALDI has to offer. I recently came across this garlic cheese flatbread the other day on my ALDI run. I’m not sure if they are still in stock at all locations, but there were a lot available when I was there a week ago. This product is a must buy and I would also have it stockpiled in your freezer at all times. It takes ten minutes to heat up and it is small enough to fit in some toaster ovens. This is the perfect type of thing to heat up for a sporting event or a late night craving.
I like to add the following ingredients to elevate my experience:
-pickled red onions
-my sriracha mayo and bbq sauce collaboration OR buffalo sauce
-ALDI Chicken Fajitas
-fresh cilantro

I’ll also be taking you around the globe with other dishes that utilize these pickled red onions, which are now my favorite condiment that I have in my fridge AT ALL TIMES!
I also like to combine my bbq sauce and sriracha mayo in a squeeze bottle for easy access. Usually I put my vegetable or olive oil here, but this container works well for this also.
The chicken fajita strips and cilantro are completely optional, and I didn’t add them the last time I made this. Whether you go the bbq or buffalo route, the chicken and cilantro would pair very well in either case.
